Verbal contact must be made with management, before any return or credit will be issued.
10:00 am to 7:00 pm PST Monday thru Friday.
10:00 am to 6:00 pm PST Saturday.
11:00 am to 5:00 pm PST Sunday.
New Product Warranties:
Warranty on all new items will be the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Please consult the manufacturer’s literature or packaging for specific details. The warranty period will vary by product type. All warranty periods are effective from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, North West Hydroponics Repair and Resale LLC will, at our option, repair, replace or credit this product if the unit or any of its components fail or malfunction. Any warranty offered will be based on the repair or replacement of that item and is not a money back guarantee.
New Equipment Return:
Products being returned to North West Hydroponics Repair and Resale LLC will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. We will only receive, unused merchandise in resalable condition. Item must be contained in original packaging. Return items must be no less than one month of original sale date. Verbal contact must also be made within that period. Customers must prepay the freight back to us. If merchandise is received back in condition other than what is described above or if it is damaged in shipment, we will be unable to give credit on the merchandise. Compensation for returned merchandise will be credited once authorization is given in the form a refund. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.
The warranty on new retail products comes exclusively from the manufacturer.
North West Hydroponics Repair and Resale LLC offers consumers only the manufacturer’s warranty. If a manufacturer declined to cover a warranty or a manufacturer ceases operations etc., the corresponding warranty(s) will be null and void. In no case will North West Hydroponics Repair and Resale LLC be held liable in any way for covering warranty(s) not covered by the manufacturer.
